In 2020, the "2020 Sino-Japan Night of China-Japan Medical Health Management Top Dialogue" was held in Chengdu on the evening of the 26th September. Under the guidance of the Sichuan Science and Technology Association, the event was jointly organized by the Sichuan International Medical Exchange Promotion Association and Sincerity and Compassion Health Management Center and invited the Consulate General of Japan in Chongqing, Japan External Trade Organization, and Kobe Translational Research Center for Medical Innovation of Japan, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and other top Japanese and Chinese pharmaceutical companies.

The event was held in a combination of online and offline activities. A total of 62 top guests from China and Japan regarding medical and health management were invited, including Mr. Nobuyuki Watanabe, Consul-General of Japan's Consulate General in Chongqing, and Mr Kazuo Tanaka, chief representative of Japan External Trade Organization. Ms. Miaomiao Liu China headquarter representative of Kobe Translational Research Center for Medical Innovation Japan  and 26 distinguished guests from Leading Group co., LTD., including Chairman and board representatives, 10 guests from West China Hospital of Sichuan University and medical experts from the National Centre for Geriatric Disease Clinical and Medical Center, 10 guests from the pharmaceutical companies and medical industry stake-holders including Takeda pharmaceuticals Co., LTD., Otsuka (China) investment co., LTD., ROHTO Medical China Co., LTD., Easton Biopharmaceuticals co., LTD., Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., LTD and so on. There were also 26 guests from Japan attending the event through webinar, including Mr Ken Takazaki, the former President of the Japan Medical Association, Mr. Nawata hajime, consultant of the Medical Corporation Association, honorary professor of Tokyo Women's Medical University, representatives of Ito Kisaburo Architecture Institute, director of the International Lean Medical Promotion Conference, representatives of Japan's ILAY Co., Ltd., president of Japan's SKK Co., Ltd., and representatives of Japan's ITEC Co.,Ltd.

At the meeting, Mr. Nobuyuki Watanabe, Consul-General of Japan's Consulate General in Chongqing, and Ms. Mengfan Zhang, Secretary-General of Sichuan International Medical Exchange and Promotion Association, made a speech. A keynote speech was then delivered by Mr. Takazaki Jian, former Chairman of the Japanese Medical Association, and followed a presentation made by Professor Birong,Dong, Director of the Geriatrics Center, West China Hospital, Sichuan University. An excellent sample of the cooperative projects in China-Japan health management field —— Zhichengheai health management center, was also introduced by the head of the center, Mr.Jiang Zhu. At the end of the meeting, Prof. Wei Yuquan, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, chairman of the Chinese Medical Biotechnology Association and chairman of the Sichuan International Medical Exchange and Promotion Association, delivered a video speech, expressing his insightful vision for promoting the development of the medical industry between the two countries and serving the health for the people of both countries and the world. The event ended up in a series of diverse cultural exchanges including both traditional Chinese and Japanese cultural performances of dancing, Shamisen(traditional music performing) and ikebana(flower arranging), fine buffet and  free and fruitful communication were made in such vivid atmosphere. After the meeting, both representatives from Japanese and Chinese sides highly appraised the event and said that more supports will be given to the follow-up activities.

The Night of China-Japan, together with media reports from central, provincial and municipal levels of television stations, newspaper and new media including 26 mainstream and medical, financial and economic industry vertical media, have realized an all-round, three-dimensional broadcast and publicity. The news released in three stages as preheating, mid-term outbreak, late follow-up. In the early stage,report articles were in People's net, Sina, Phoenix, Sichuan News Network, etc. In the middle term of the event, Xinhua News, China News, the Paper News, Sichuan Daily and other 25 well-known mainstream media carried out a wide and comprehensive coverage. At last, Sichuan Public, Tencent, Sina made an in-depth interview with China-Japan health management project-Zhichengheai health management center. The coverage fully displays the international content and various activities of the event, enhancing the exchanges and friendship between China and the world, promoting the recognition, reputation and influence of Sichuan in the world. Meanwhile, it highlights the great significance and importance of the exchanges in medical health industry in international communication.
