SCIMEA— GLOBAL EVENTS

All member units of Sichuan International Medical Exchange & Promotion Association (“SCIMEA”) are cordially invited to participate in the 6th Biennial MEDinISRAEL- ‘Shaping the Future of Healthcare’ International Conference and Exhibition which is to be held virtually on April 20-21, 2021. The conference will be co-organized by the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Israel, Israel Export Institute, the Ministry of Health of Israel and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. The exhibition is held every two years, and as the local healthcare industry exhibition participated by the most Israeli healthcare companies, the past events have focused on Israeli digital healthcare to showcase the most advanced, innovative and optimized solutions and practices in life sciences in Israel and around the world such as telemedicine, mobile Health, wearables, remote monitoring, EMR, big data & artificial intelligence, medical IoT, medical APPs and other technologies that benefit patients, clinicians and the entire healthcare system. The 2019 event attracted nearly 1,000 foreign companies and organizations from 40 countries. (Audience composition: 17% of investment institutions, 19% of business partners, 26% of government agencies, 11% of large corporations and 17% of healthcare providers)

This year COVID-19 has created a tremendous challenge for the medical industry, and innovation is the key factor in meeting those challenges. Israel is recognized as a driver of innovation and medical excellence. The Israeli medical landscape represents a broad spectrum of companies which offer diverse medical products and technologies, making Israel an important global medical innovation hub. This year's event will take the form of an online roadshow and exhibition, providing a global perspective on the latest trends and challenges facing the healthcare industry. 

The exhibition will take place on April 20-21, 2021 and will include professional seminars and an online virtual exhibition participated by approximately 80 Israeli companies from the medical device and digital health sectors, providing an online one-to-one F2F meeting platform for Chinese and Israeli companies, institutions and investors. We are looking forward to interacting with Chinese and Israeli healthcare company decision makers and industry peers to explore valuable business opportunities.
